A SURVEY ON CLINICAL BIOCHEMISTRY AND HEMATOLOGY CHANGES IN OFFSPRING BORN FROM SEROPOSITIVE BREEDER.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical biochemistry and haematology changes in three experimental offspring which were born from seropositive brucella bull and dams. The clinical biochemistry values were within the normal range except total bilirubin (7.33±0.64, 16.00±0.52, and 10.83±0.44 umol/L), phosphorus (2.74±2.26, 2.71±0.69, and 2.79±0.45 mmol/L) and urea-nitrogen (0.53±0.80, 0.68±1.18 and 0.35±0.63 (mmol/L) in Mek, Mek Mah and Mek Mia, respectively. Meanwhile, the hematological parameters were also within normal range.
