Small ruminant production is a very significant component of livestock production throughout the world and more especially in the developing countries (1)(2). In Malaysia, goat farming has become popular among livestock operators. Increase of the demand for goat meat and milk as well as its ability to reproduce in a relatively short period of time compared to other ruminants make goat farming as a fast developing industry is as the main factor that led to the development of this industry. Good farming system can produce high kid production in line with consumer demand.
