Probiotic Bacillus spp was given through concentrate after fermented for three days. The trial was carried out at the Dairy  unit , Institut Veterinar. Twenty  Mafriwal cows (20) that low milk production were selected  and diveded into two (2) equivalent group. Each group consists of 10 cows. Group A were fed Total mixed Ration (TMR). Group B were received Total mixed Ration (TMR) and 100 grams per head \/ day  fermented PKM , probiotic   Bacillus spp and mollases. Every day  the cows were given  TMR consist of   20 kg per head of fresh Napier grass, 5 kg per head Palm kernel meal, 1 kg per head soya bean meal ,1 kg per head corn, 0.5 kg per  head molases and 0.5 kg per head enalac. Feeding trial was carried out for four(4) weeks. Feed was given twice  a day, morning and late afternoon, meanwhile water was given ad- libitum. Animals are given the same diet for seven (7) days for a adaptation period.  Milk sampling were taken twice a day for 4 weeks and were recorded. The result of  observation showed  Group  B that  the milk production before  probiotic treament   to 4 th  week were improved from 5.2 liter\/head \/day to 6.99 liter\/head \/day.
