UM dihasilkan daripada buah-buahan terbuang yangmenjalani proses fermentasi selama 3 bulan menggunakan danmenerapkan konsep &ldquo;3R&rdquo; iaitu &ldquo; Reduce, Reuse &amp; Recycle&rdquo;. UMmerupakan satu kaedah yang sangat murah untuk dihasilkan dan mampuuntuk mengurangkan masalah lalat dan bau busuk daripada ladangternakan.
