Masa yang digunakan untuk&nbsp;menganalisis asid amino adalah antara 7-10 hari bekerja.<\/p\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" Peralatan makmal yang digunakan biasanya adalah secara kromatografi&nbsp;(HPLC, LCMS, Amino acid analyser) dengan anggaran kos antara&nbsp;RM200ribu - RM2.5juta setiap satu.<\/p\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" Near-infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) merupakan sejenis alat yang&nbsp;membuat pengukuran pantas berasaskan pancaran gelombang cahaya&nbsp;infrared (700-2,500 nm jarak gelombang) keatas ikatan unsur-unsur&nbsp;seperti karbon, nitrogen , dan oksigen .<\/p\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" Ia menghasilkan isyarat getaran&nbsp;dari dalam sampel untuk dicerap tanpa melibatkan penggunaan bahankimia semasa penyediaan sampel atau operasi alat.<\/p\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" Memandangkan pihak makmal menerima jumlah sampel sarang burung&nbsp;walit yang semakin meningkat dari masa kesemasa, usaha untuk&nbsp;mempercepat dan permudahkan analisis asid amino perlu ditingkat&nbsp;melalui keadah yang paling sesuai untuk dijalankan.<\/p\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" NIRS telah&nbsp;dijadikan satu alternatif bagi tujuan analisis tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p  \n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p En.
