Produk ini juga dihasilkan menggunakan aroma kayu dari pokok tumbuhan yang boleh dimakan seperti rambutan, durian,manggis dan lain-lain.<\/p\n\n\n<p Bagi menghasilkan produk ini, proses memanggang dilakukan oleh alat yang direka khas iaitu pemanggang kok ataupun dikenali sebagai culvert yang ditanam di dalam tanah sedalam 7 kaki dari permukaan tanah. Ia berfungsi untuk membakar atau memanggang pelbagai produk berasaskan daging dengan kapasiti 90 kg daging yang mampu menampung 6 ekor kambing dalam satu-satu masa.
